Time Entertainment ("we", "us") operates a platform for booking and managing live entertainment sessions — quiz, karaoke, bingo, DJ, and other hosted events. We are based in South Africa and these Terms are governed by South African law.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.
Some features require a paid subscription (Home, Pro, or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) and processed by our payment provider, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Booking a session reserves your place at that event. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled by the host or by us; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you. You may cancel your own booking from your account at any time before the session starts.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, disrupting sessions for other attendees, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
Hosts are responsible for the content and conduct of the sessions they run. We may suspend or remove a host from the platform for violating these Terms or behaving inappropriately toward attendees.
The Time Entertainment name, branding, and platform are our property. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as profile information), and grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim arose.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
